Gabriel Abbott began his fitness journey in his 20s, focusing on martial arts, which laid the foundation for his physical endurance, strength, and mental resilience. His path then led him to serve in the military from 2006 to 2011, where he further developed his strength, discipline, and determination. As an ACE certified personal trainer and NASM certified nutrition coach, Gabriel emphasizes the importance of both resistance training and proper nutrition to enhance athletic performance and overall health. He believes that building muscle strength through resistance exercises helps prevent injury and supports endurance athletes in reaching their potential.
After his military service, Gabriel shifted towards endurance running, completing his first half marathon in 2019, followed by his first 50K ultramarathon in 2020. In 2022, he achieved a significant milestone by finishing his first 100-mile race, pushing his physical and mental limits to new heights.
Having competed in over 12 ultramarathons, Gabriel has also developed a passion for coaching others. One of his proudest achievements was guiding the youngest person ever to complete a 100-mile race, who was just 12 years old at the time. His diverse background in fitness, military service, and coaching has shaped him into both a dedicated athlete and mentor, helping others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
We believe that everyone can start from zero— whether as a total beginner or someone starting anew—and still achieve extraordinary results.
